Privacy & your choices

Information used for your orders and account
We use your name, mobile number, delivery address, selected city, delivery date/time, food selections and delivery notes to prepare, deliver and support your order. If you choose to share a location, it is used for delivery. Please avoid sensitive information in free-text notes.
If you create an account, Firebase processes your email, password and login information for authentication and verification. Your profile and account order history are stored using Firebase. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; they are not stored in our order Sheet. Optional profile details are used only for the preferences you choose to save. You can edit them in My Account.
Razorpay processes payments. We receive payment and order references and status to reconcile your order. Do not send card details, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs to RozRasoi support. Guest checkout remains available.
By providing the details needed for an order or support request, you ask us to use them for that purpose. Account creation includes a separate choice for account processing. Neither creates a marketing subscription.
Optional email updates
Email marketing is a separate choice from ordering and WhatsApp updates. Where configured, we store your email, optional name, language, consent source/time, confirmation status and unsubscribe status in our existing Firebase project. We send a confirmation link before enrollment. Resend processes email delivery and signed delivery, bounce and complaint notifications. You can unsubscribe using the email link or contact privacy support below. Suppressed addresses cannot receive campaigns merely by placing another order. Internal reporting and segments use verified payment records where available; missing data is labelled unavailable. No customer contact details or full order records are sent to the optional AI drafting service. Approved public articles and product copy may be processed with the verified business catalog.
Your public reviews
We publish only your chosen display name, rating, review text and date. Use a first name or nickname. We privately check your verified login and payment ownership to allow one review per account. Your email, phone, address and payment/order details are not included in the public review response.
Publishing requires your choice. You can update or remove your review from the review section. Do not include anyone's contact details or order information. Report an accidental disclosure using the privacy contact below. Older guest orders may not qualify automatically because they lack a verified account link.
Providers, security and storage
Our service uses Vercel for hosting, Google Firebase for authentication and account data, Google Sheets/Apps Script for order administration, consent records and reviews, Razorpay for payment processing, and WhatsApp when you choose to contact us or receive updates. Delivery personnel receive the information needed for delivery. Providers may process information outside India under their service arrangements and applicable law.
Images and other website assets may load from third-party servers, which receive normal connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and security logs may also contain connection information. Optional Vercel and Google Analytics usage measurement are off until you choose to enable analytics below. Consent-based campaign attribution uses approved campaign labels and does not include your name, email, phone, address or payment credentials. Advertising personalization is disabled.
We retain information needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, maintain required financial/security records and respond to requests. Marketing use stops on withdrawal; a minimal suppression record may remain to prevent further messages. Data no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised. Some records must be retained where law requires it; we will explain an applicable exception when responding to an erasure request. No fixed universal deletion period is promised.
Optional analytics
Analytics help us understand website usage, plan views, plan selections, checkout starts and verified purchases. With your permission, we send aggregate event properties such as plan type, quantities and order value to Vercel; these events exclude your contact, address, order and payment identifiers. Your choice does not affect ordering. Changing to “Off” reloads this page to stop an already-loaded analytics script.

You can ask for access to information about your data and sharing, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination of another person to exercise applicable rights, or grievance handling. Access, deletion and nomination requests require appropriate identity/authority checks. Do not upload identity documents, passwords or payment secrets here.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and resolve grievances within 30 days, and no later than the applicable legal deadline. An acknowledgement is not confirmation that data has been deleted. If your concern is unresolved, you may use the Data Protection Board's applicable complaint process when available. See MeitY's official DPDP information for current rules and official channels.
